On Thursday, May 12, 2022, the President signed into law:
S. 497, the “American Fisheries Advisory Committee Act,” which requires the Department of Commerce to establish an American Fisheries Advisory Committee to assist in the awarding of fisheries research and development grants.

S. 658, the “National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium Act of 2021,” which authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to work together with a consortium composed of nonprofit entities to develop, update, and deliver cybersecurity training in support of homeland security.
